About the Role

Lahmeyer International combines expertise, technical know-how, and consulting competence to offer a broad spectrum of engineering and consulting services in Power & Heat, Transmission & Distribution, Renewables, and Hydro. We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join our Power & Heat Business Unit at the Berlin-Spandau location.

Responsibilities

Manage cross-trade power plant projects in maintenance, repair, and documentation, including coordination with clients and customers.
Lead and coordinate a team of up to 6 employees within project frameworks.
Develop task specifications, cost calculations, and proposals.
Plan, prepare, coordinate, and negotiate change orders.
Prepare service records, project statuses, and cost analyses.
Maintain and develop customer relationships.
Support group development, marketing, and personnel concepts for the Solid group.

Requirements

Completed degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the described responsibilities, project execution, and team leadership.
Experience with software tools for plant component design and knowledge of CAD programs.
Proficient MS Office skills.
Independent work style, holistic thinking, resilience, teamwork, and assertiveness.
Fluent German (C2 level) and good English language skills.
