About the Role
This role is an opportunity for career growth within our company, with a path to management. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, and loading. Emphasis is placed on positive customer interaction and maintaining workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-shift meetings.
- Engage in stretching exercises before each shift.
- Conduct safety observations.
- Support management initiatives.
- Participate in coaching and training activities.
- Communicate effectively with leadership.
- Perform yard marshalling duties.
- Oversee a specified area to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.
- Handle the movement of pallets and cases using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.
Requirements
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform fast-paced and physical work.
- Ability to lift and carry 25-75lbs.
- Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred, but training is available.
