About the Role
Zen Educate is seeking an individual to own the analysis of large supply-side decisions, including educator recruitment, lead spending, process improvement for candidate experience, and regional liquidity. This role offers unusual ownership and direct access to leadership, reporting to the Head of Candidate Success.
Responsibilities
- Own the analysis of supply-side decisions.
- Build models to improve processes and outcomes.
- Structure ambiguous commercial problems and reach defensible answers.
- Make things happen through influence rather than headcount.
Requirements
- Demonstrated record of strong performance.
- Ability to move from advising to owning.
- Genuine analytical horsepower.
- Advanced spreadsheet work.
- Comfort writing SQL is a strong advantage.
- Instinct to check what a number is actually measuring before building on it.
- Ability to take an ambiguous commercial problem, structure it, and reach a defensible answer quickly.
