About the Role
As a Ground Floor Team Member, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, welcoming them, assisting with check-ins, answering questions, serving meals, and ensuring a smooth stay. No two shifts are the same, offering a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and help them check in
- Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
- Answer questions and help solve problems
- Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
- Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
- Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
Requirements
- Must be friendly and enjoy helping people
- Must be able to stay calm when it's busy
