About the Role
We are looking for skilled Air Conditioning/Chiller Engineers to provide operational support to the South West/ Midlands for our Integral Cooling Technology Division.
Responsibilities
- Proactively deliver engineering tasks, including maintenance and service visits to Splits, VRF systems, CRAC units, and associated controls.
- Carry out service and reactive breakdown cover during normal working hours.
- Participate in Out of Hours work and Standby Rota.
- Observe internal and client support functions to meet customer and business requirements.
- Ensure engineering tasks are carried out professionally.
- Maintain responsibility for the quality of each engineering task, ensuring practices and support conform to agreed standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrate appropriate technical competencies and certificates relevant to the skills required (e.g., 2079 Refrigerant handling).
- Successfully completed a recognized training course in Refrigeration & air conditioning, or provide evidence of equivalent work experience.
- Possess good base knowledge and experience in maintenance & service duties on VRF systems and medium to large tonnage chillers.
- Proven knowledge of CRAC Units, Air conditioning Splits & Cassettes, VRV/VRF systems from all major manufacturers.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
