About the Role
Join Vodafone as an apprentice in Dialog Marketing in Berlin, starting September 1, 2027. This 3-year program focuses on customer interaction, sales, and service within a company dedicated to creating a better, more connected, inclusive, and sustainable future through technology.
Responsibilities
- Support customers and identify their needs through direct dialogue via phone, chat, or email, ensuring excellent service.
- Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
- Independently create and present presentations.
- Plan personnel deployment to ensure rapid customer service availability.
- Attend vocational school for one-third of the apprenticeship duration to gain supplementary knowledge.
- Receive guidance from experienced trainers to become a communication professional.
Requirements
- School leaving certificate with good grades in German, Mathematics, and English.
- Good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
- Ability to communicate effectively and enjoy interacting with people.
