About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handles aluminum doors and frames weighing from 60 to 150 pounds
- Performs fabrication on these products including cutting stock length material to size
- Prepares cut extrusions for assembly
- Prepares blank aluminum doors for hardware
- Installs commercial hardware on doors and frames
- Uses power and hand tools
- Reads Work Orders and Product Templates to establish necessary fabrication to be performed
- Performs other relative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
- Forklift certification preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of architectural door materials and hardware
- Good communication skills
- Ability to accurately do arithmetic, read orders, write instructions and complete forms
- Ability to work closely and cordially with other staff associates
Education Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent
