About the Role
As a Maintenance Assistant at London Hilton On Park Lane, you will help maintain the hotel’s physical safety and functionality, while delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
- Manage stores and inventory effectively to ensure tools, materials and critical spares are available when required, reducing downtime and maximising team efficiency.
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
- Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention.
