About the Role
You will be responsible for the conception and implementation of AI solutions, specifically in the area of Large Language Models and Agentic AI systems, and will take on technical leadership in complex customer projects.
Responsibilities
- Steer the development and implementation of future-oriented AI solutions, especially in the area of Large Language Models and Agentic AI systems.
- Take overall technical responsibility as Lead Software Architect in demanding customer projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative AI technologies and modern methodologies.
- Confidently present technical architectures and project results to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Actively participate in the further development of our AI strategy and help build our company's expertise.
- Optionally: Share your know-how (e.g., via presentations, workshops, blog posts) and support the expansion of our internal AI community.
Requirements
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1) and very good English language skills (B2/C1).
- Several years of in-depth practical experience in software engineering and data science.
- Deep knowledge and experience in programming with Python.
- Practical expertise in the implementation and operational use of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Expert knowledge in the conception and implementation of Agentic AI and RAG systems.
- Demonstrable practical experience with Langchain and/or Langgraph in commercial projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and common DevOps practices (e.g., Docker).
- Proven technical leadership skills, including responsibility for team and project success, and strong interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness for occasional, project-related travel within Germany.
