About the Role
Arcadis is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic Mission Critical architecture team, contributing to high-profile data center and mission critical projects. This role involves overseeing architectural design and technical development to ensure workplace solutions meet high standards of quality, innovation, and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support production and coordination of technical drawings for data centers and mission critical facilities across all project phases, from Concept Design through Construction Documentation.
- Develop and integrate design solutions that comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring design intent, quality standards, and client objectives are consistently met.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope, performance goals, and client expectations.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license.
- 3+ years of experience, with a proven track record in data center design and project delivery.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM coordination.
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and technical detailing relevant to industrial and mission critical environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions in a collaborative team environment.
