About the Role
Arcadis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join their Mission Critical architecture team, contributing to high-profile data center and mission critical projects. This role involves overseeing architectural design and technical development to ensure workplace solutions meet high standards of quality, innovation, and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Lead the production and coordination of data center and mission critical technical drawings through all project phases, from Concept Design to Construction Documentation.
- Oversee the development and integration of design solutions, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
- Manage multiple projects, providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license.
- 8-10 years of experience, with a proven track record in data center design and project delivery.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM coordination.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions.
