About the Role
Dream is seeking an Intern, Investments to support the investments team on acquisitions and dispositions. This role is eligible for either a 4-month or 8-month term and offers a chance to take on responsibilities, be part of exciting new opportunities, and help the team achieve its goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for evaluating potential investments using Argus Enterprise and Excel.
- Participate in investment meetings, tracking and reporting on investment pipeline activities.
- Build and manage transaction databases for industrial assets across all active markets.
- Support the team through the deal execution and due diligence process.
- Conduct industry research and assist in preparation of memos, presentations, and reports for management.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Prior relevant work or extra-curricular experience in real estate, finance, or investments is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, high level of attention to detail, and desire to consistently over-deliver.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
