About the Role
In this position, you will be at the direct interface between product and customer, taking up specific customer requirements and translating them into robust implementations, scalable setups, and efficient system integrations, which you will then put into operation.
Responsibilities
- Act at the direct interface between the core product and the customer side to precisely analyze and evaluate individual needs.
- Independently conceptualize and transfer demanding customer requirements into stable and reliable software solutions.
- Design and implement future-proof, highly scalable setups and seamless system integrations for optimal process automation.
- Responsible for the secure deployment and successful commissioning of AI-powered automation tools directly in the customer's production systems.
- Continuous monitoring and quality assurance of integrated processes to permanently ensure stability and efficiency in live operation.
- Proactive troubleshooting and continuous optimization of existing workflows to permanently ensure high system stability.
Requirements
- Excellent programming skills (preferably in Python and TypeScript) for independently writing productive code, rather than just configuring systems.
- In-depth understanding of AI applications and LLMs, including sound knowledge of RAG, prompting, tool use, and troubleshooting typical error sources.
- Strong process thinking to transfer complex customer requirements into reliable and well-testable workflows.
- Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, common authentication processes, and proven integration patterns for third-party systems.
- Sound basic cloud knowledge, especially in the areas of deployment, system monitoring (observability), and live debugging.
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a focus on fast and targeted delivery of new features.
