About the Role
This is a mandatory internship position within the Health department, intended to be completed as part of a course of study. A minimum internship duration of six weeks is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with projects in the SOD Health department, including the website 'Gesundheit leicht verstehen' and the project 'Bewegung und Gesundheit im Alltag stärken'.
- Preparing Healthy Athletes® offerings.
- Creating information materials and documents in simplified language after training.
- Providing organizational support in the association's work within the health sector and in public relations.
Requirements
- Studies in Health Sciences/Public Health, Special Education, Nursing Science, or a related discipline.
- Connection to the health sector.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams).
- Communication skills and independent work.
- Empathy and understanding for the specific requirements of working with and for people with intellectual disabilities.
