About the Role
Seeking a working student for YouTube Channel Management (m/f/d) for our Mainz or Berlin locations, for up to 20 hours per week, initially on a fixed-term basis.
Responsibilities
- Channel setup, publishing, and ongoing maintenance of YouTube channels for entertainment brands.
- Assisting in the creation and editing of video formats for YouTube, from source checking to final editing.
- Supporting research, conception, writing of posts, and content management.
- Collaborating closely with the editorial and design teams, contributing own ideas and suggestions.
- Assisting the editorial team with community management for the supported channels.
Requirements
- Currently studying, ideally in a media-related field.
- Good sense for user-relevant trends and platforms.
- Good general knowledge and interest in media, television, and marketing.
- Previous editorial experience.
- Creativity and dramaturgical understanding.
- Reliable, precise, and independent work ethic.
- Quick comprehension and strong writing skills.
- Good knowledge and experience with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
- Enjoys teamwork.
- Proficient with standard MS Office applications.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
