About the Role
Servers, Waiters, or Waitresses are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations.
- Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on menu choices and answer questions.
- Guide guests through their dining experience, taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, and processing payments.
- Understand restaurant seating layout, server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous experience is not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Possess or be able to obtain a Food Handler's Card where applicable.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
