About the Role
Almcoe is seeking experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to service and maintain supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, adhering to safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, and rack units).
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, including on-call support.
- Maintain accurate service records and assist in additional service areas as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Technical training (apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- EPA certification required.
