  • Able to build and maintain momentum across multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build, manage and advance a developing multiyear pipeline, demonstrating disciplined follow-up and conversion revenue (typically targeting £3–£5M per annum).
  • Emerging ability to identify and shape opportunities early, contributing to requirement definition and enhancing win probability through strong customer engagement and understanding of CNI decision‑making pathways.
  • Experience working with or selling into large infrastructure operators, major contractors, or systems integrators, with understanding of matrix structures and multi-stakeholder buying processes.

  • Foundational understanding of Cross Domain Solutions, Zero Trust architectures and Multi‑Level Security technologies, with the appetite to deepen technical fluency and translate capabilities effectively for CNI stakeholders.
  • Proactive, motivated and results‑driven, with a growth mindset.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Strong collaborator capable of working effectively across functions and accounts.
  • Professional, reliable and able to operate confidently in mission‑critical environments.
