About the Role
Operate the site to meet shipment cut time for customer orders by adjusting work priorities and optimizing personnel assignments in cooperation with the 3PL, under the direction of the DC Manager and other leaders. Formulate and implement daily improvement measures to enhance warehouse operational efficiency. Collaborate with the S&DP team and Customer Service to improve service quality for external and internal customers from a total supply chain perspective.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily warehouse operations progress and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the 3PL on warehouse operation priorities to meet customer deadlines.
- Measure and visualize work productivity, quality, and customer service performance, then develop and implement improvement measures.
- Improve business processes and procedures for smoother operations.
- Identify improvements in DC operations with delivery companies to meet delivery deadlines and foster effective collaboration.
- Implement measures for operational improvements based on audit requirements.
- Create and compile various reports, including data tabulation and processing in Excel.
- Support warehouse operations with 3PL members during busy periods and emergencies.
- Build good relationships and strengthen collaboration with internal departments, subcontractors, and delivery companies.
- Share and manage tasks with team members for smooth workplace operations.
Requirements
- Experience in supervisory duties such as planning work on site, coordinating with related departments, and providing work instructions.
- Experience in warehousing or providing services as a 3PL provider.
- Experience as a user of integrated systems (ERP) such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and quality control methods.
- Experience in leading onsite workability improvement and/or work quality improvement.
- Experience as a field leader or supervisor is a plus.

- English (reading and writing) is a plus
- Knowledge of Activity Based Costing is a plus
- Knowledge of import/export operations is a plus
