About the Role
In our data centers, you will ensure everything runs smoothly and errors are detected in time. As an external service technician, you will be called upon to resolve faults and coordinate the deployment of various departments and companies. You will gain knowledge of handling electrical current and testing electrical safety measures. You will attend vocational school for 1/3 of the training period, where you will receive supplementary learning content. After successfully completing your apprenticeship, you have a guaranteed offer of employment with us to further develop your career.

- Ensure data center operations run smoothly and detect errors promptly.
- Resolve faults and coordinate deployment as an external service technician.
- Gain knowledge of handling electrical current and testing electrical safety measures.
- Attend vocational school for supplementary learning.
Requirements
- Good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss).
- Interest in IT and electrical engineering.
- Enjoy interacting with people and good communication skills.
- Willingness to work hard and perform.
- Possession of a Class B driver's license or willingness to obtain one shortly after turning 18.
- Good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
- Submit CV, last two school reports, and cover letter (or video presentation).
