About the Role
You will lead the technical direction and delivery of our longevity proposition across our mobile app, backend services, APIs and integrations. This is a hands-on role where you will solve complex technical challenges, guide engineers and ensure we build secure, reliable and scalable solutions.

Requirements
- Significant software engineering experience.
- Experience as a Technical Lead or Engineering Lead.
- Experience leading engineers and setting technical direction across the full stack.
- Strong hands-on experience with mobile applications and backend services.
- Backend development experience using C# and .NET, ideally within Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and scalable system architecture.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with backend and third-party services.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
- A collaborative approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, Azure integration services or scaling engineering teams and codebases would be advantageous.
