About the Role
This position is for motivated junior profiles with initial dealership experience who want to actively support the aftersales business and spare parts operations of a volume manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist Service-Only dealers and independent workshops.
- Implement local sales and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with sell-in/sell-out activities and bonus programs.
- Identify and promote suitable partners for dealership network expansion.
- Monitor KPIs and report via customer's internal systems.
- Analyze and implement customer satisfaction measures.
- Provide process consulting and support (e.g., ASR, DDC, wiAdvisor).
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive aftersales, as an automotive sales assistant, dealership service advisor, or with comparable expertise.
- Professional, reliable demeanor and empathy.
- Analytical and negotiation skills.
- Organizational talent and independent work style.
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and a driver's license (Class B).
- Fluent German, both spoken and written.
