About the Role

As a Partner Development Representative (PDR) at Payhawk, you’ll generate new leads and opportunities with potential Payhawk partners. You’ll be the first to introduce our platform to potential partners, building relationships and driving partner acquisition opportunities for our Partnership Manager. You’ll receive the tools and coaching needed to thrive in a dynamic environment, and your success will be recognised and rewarded through competitive financial incentives and clear career progression. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for reaching out to potential partners through personalized emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Engage with potential partners to understand their business needs and qualify their interest.
  • Schedule meetings between the Partner Manager and qualified potential partners.
  • Follow up with potential partners, keeping them engaged and addressing questions or concerns.
  • Prepare detailed handovers to the Partner Manager with all necessary context.
  • Work closely with the Partner Manager and other internal teams to ensure alignment on partnership strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong BDR or sales background with an interest in transitioning to a more strategic partnership-focused role.
  • Goal-oriented, with a desire to help drive business growth through collaboration with partners.
  • A self-starter who is proactive in identifying and engaging new opportunities.
  • Adaptability and emotional intelligence are critical for this role.
  • Professional level German language skills required.
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work; visa sponsorship is not provided.
