Responsibilities
- Support clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes.
- Follow individual care plans.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and supporting with medication.
- Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Requirements
- No social care experience is required.
- Must be compassionate and able to care.
- Must be resilient.
- Must be willing to learn new skills and develop knowledge.
- Must be able to work as part of a close-knit team.
