About the Role
As a Care Assistant at Sagecare, part of City & County, you will support clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. This role offers meaningful and rewarding work that makes a real difference to clients' lives and your career.
Responsibilities
- Follow individual care plans.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
- Support clients with medication.
- Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Requirements
- No social care experience is required.
- Must be compassionate and able to care.
- Must be resilient.
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge.
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
