Responsibilities
- Maintain and govern supplier records in Ivalua, improving data accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Support supplier governance by coordinating service credit validation, risk management, audits, and key reporting.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, transition, and replacement activity, and monitor contract renewals, sourcing activity, and key milestones.
- Manage supplier documentation, including contracts, statements of work, and supporting artifacts.
- Deliver supplier benchmarking and tiering activities, partnering with Partner Management, Procurement, and suppliers to support informed decisions.
Requirements
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable analyzing large datasets with a close eye for detail and a focus on data quality and governance.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and build effective working relationships.
- Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Excel proficiency
- Power BI experience (useful but not essential)
- Data visualization experience (useful but not essential)
- AI-enabled tools experience (useful but not essential)
