About the Role

As a Delivery Enabler, you will take responsibility for a role in transition, guide interdisciplinary teams through the AI transformation, and significantly contribute to developing Delivery Enablement into a strong, future-proof function.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen teams by closely collaborating with development teams, removing obstacles, advancing constructive work methods, and promoting effective team structures.
• Manage stakeholders by actively aligning the diverse interests of the team, client, and MaibornWolff to ensure clear and efficient decision-making and communication.
• Secure delivery by making the impact and value contribution of your role visible through concrete key figures, establishing a shared understanding of goals and expectations, removing obstacles, and addressing potential risks early.
• Integrate AI agents by enabling your team for optimal integration of AI agents and tools, considering associated process and communication shifts, and confidently guiding teams and clients through AI-related change processes.
• Shape the area by jointly developing our role understanding with your Delivery Enabler guild, sharing knowledge, and driving relevant topics forward. Optionally, engage as a mentor in employee development or other internal tasks.

Requirements

• Ideally, possess a completed degree in business or IT; however, real project experience is paramount.
• Bring at least 3-5 years of relevant project experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a comparable role within software development.
• Demonstrate familiarity with both team-level work and coordination across multiple teams, ideally complemented by experience in intercultural contexts.
• Be willing to travel up to two days per week as needed for workshops, team events, or direct on-site exchange with the team and clients.
• Possess negotiation-level German and very good English language skills.
