About the Role
As a trainee in our training program, you will be thoroughly prepared for your future role as General Manager over three months by rotating through various departments such as Reception, Food & Beverage, and House Management. Within a few months, you will be entrusted with your own areas of responsibility. After your training period, you will complete an approximately six-month phase at several of our European locations as an Auditor, Guest Relation Manager, or Deputy General Manager to deepen your acquired a&o knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Complete a three-month training program to prepare for the role of General Manager.
- Rotate through various departments including Reception, Food & Beverage, and House Management.
- Take on own areas of responsibility within a few months.
- Complete a six-month phase at European locations as an Auditor, Guest Relation Manager, or Deputy General Manager.
- Deepen acquired a&o knowledge.
Requirements
- Completed degree/training in tourism, business administration, or related fields.
- Ideally, previous work experience in the hotel, gastronomy, airline, or cruise industry.
- Proactive and independent work style.
- Business mindset and strong service orientation.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Flexibility (not just geographical).
- Ideally, a car driver's license.
