About the Role
The Operations Support Specialist (OSS) is a lead position integral to the patient experience, contributing to high-quality customer service. The OSS assists the Practice Supervisor in coordinating work, resolving problems, training, orientation, and performance evaluations. This role also involves process improvement suggestions to meet Medical Group performance expectations and functions as part of the site-based leadership team responsible for clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Practice Supervisor in coordinating work activities
- Resolving problems
- Training and orientation of support staff
- Contributing to performance evaluations of support staff
- Making suggestions and participating in process improvements
- Supporting and being responsible for all clinic operations
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a relevant healthcare setting
- This is a bargaining union position
