About the Role
As a Community Associate, you will blend customer service and operational excellence to deliver an exceptional member experience. This is a hands-on role, similar to hospitality with office hours, requiring you to be active, maintain high standards, and build relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cleaning and compliance checks to keep spaces safe, looking great and fully functioning.
- Act as the go-to person for members, handling issues and being a familiar face.
- Coordinate with team and stakeholders to resolve issues calmly and quickly.
- Deliver member events with energy.
- Collaborate with the local team and colleagues across other sites.
Requirements
- Hands-on approach and willingness to perform physical tasks.
- Ability to build genuine day-to-day relationships with diverse individuals.
- Calmness under pressure and effective prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to act proactively.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Experience in hospitality, front of house, or high-touch customer service.
