About the Role
leboncoin is seeking a Data Scientist to support marketing and business teams in their strategic decisions by leveraging data, analysis, and machine learning to optimize marketing investments.
Responsibilities
- Participate in creating machine learning models to measure the impact of user actions on business performance and evaluate ROAS.
- Design experimentation methodologies to measure the incremental impact of marketing investments.
- Build measurement methodologies and indicators to inform marketing decisions.
- Clearly and pedagogically present results and recommendations to business teams.
Requirements
- Over 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics.
- Strong skills in data science and statistical/machine learning modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Good understanding of marketing performance measurement, attribution, and experimentation.
- Experience with modern data environments (Databricks, Airflow...).
- Business acumen and ability to translate business problems into data solutions.
