About the Role
Join our "AI HR Manager Program" where you will be employed at Topline Advisory and work on a project basis with exciting VC and PE-backed growth companies for 3-6 month projects. You will be trained to run a best-in-class HR process end-to-end in a digital AI era and gain exposure to leadership at fast-growing companies across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Own the full candidate pipeline for a client's sales and go-to-market hires, including sourcing, outreach, screening, qualification, and handover to the hiring team.
- Build and run searches by defining profiles with hiring managers, mapping markets, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct structured first interviews using scorecards and competency frameworks.
- Utilize the AI stack for sourcing, filtering, enrichment, and outreach at high volumes.
- Provide clients with weekly updates on pipeline, conversion rates, and search progress.
- Adapt to new company contexts, business models, and markets every few months.
Requirements
- 2+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or a high-volume sales role.
- Ability to credibly communicate with commercial professionals and understand roles like AE, Sales Lead, or CRO.
- Proficiency with tools and curiosity about AI.
- Comfortable integrating into new companies and becoming productive quickly.
- Professional-level German and English language skills.
