About the Role
We are seeking passionate students or recent graduates for a Tourism & Operations Intern role at our Berlin depot. This position offers hands-on experience in the RV and campervan rental industry, focusing on customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform front-office activities including customer service and sales, such as check-ins/check-outs, guest registration, payment processing, explaining campervan functionalities, and upselling road trip extras.
- Handle back-office operations by aligning reservations with available campervans and preparing campers and road trip extras/kits.
- Conduct quality control to maintain campervans in top condition and identify maintenance needs.
- Support the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the campervan fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Requirements
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Possess a work permit (if applicable).
- Hold a valid driver's licence for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Enjoy international environments and interacting with diverse cultures.
- Exhibit a natural talent for connecting with people and a strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and comfort with hands-on tasks.
