About the Role
The Bailey's Hotel is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead operational teams, reporting to the Cluster General Manager. This role involves overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, deputizing for the Cluster General Manager, and enhancing product and guest service to be exceptional in the London market.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring great hospitality in a warm and friendly environment.
- Assist with the development of short- and long-term strategic goals.
- Lead and develop the workforce, including recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, and engagement.
- Plan and implement service delivery for all operational departments to exceed guest expectations.
- Assist with duties or cover for team members in case of emergency.
- Lead and motivate the team, providing daily leadership and direction to drive sales and profitability.
Requirements
- Background in branded hotels or large hotels is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Standards driven.
- Good organizational skills.
