About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity (m/f/x) to define Eye Security's market positioning and perception. This senior individual contributor role involves owning product marketing strategy for our MDR/XDR portfolio, mentoring the marketing team, and translating complex cybersecurity capabilities into compelling value propositions. You will be central to our go-to-market strategy, shaping competitive positioning, influencing sales enablement, driving content strategy, and managing competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

Define and continuously evolve core positioning and value propositions of cybersecurity offerings.
Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and service updates.
Equip sales and pre-sales teams with impactful enablement materials.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Define and oversee a content strategy for thought leadership, demand generation, and customer education.
Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Apply deep knowledge of threats, technologies, and market trends to messaging, positioning, and strategic planning.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Product Marketing with proven expertise in cybersecurity.
Demonstrated ability to define product messaging, execute go-to-market strategies, and enable sales teams in complex B2B SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.
Strategic and analytical mindset with a bias for action.
Proven track record of leading, developing, and mentoring high-performing team members.
Fluent English.
German language (C2) is required.
