About the Role
We are seeking a working student to join our Public Affairs team in Berlin, focusing on health policy. You will support the team in planning, conceptualizing, and executing corporate public affairs activities, analyzing political developments, conducting research, and participating in digital projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the teams in planning, conception, and realization of corporate public affairs activities, with a focus on health policy.
- Analyze current political developments and legislative processes, and develop communication recommendations.
- Conduct extensive research, monitoring, and reporting.
- Actively participate in social media and digital projects.
- Plan events and support their execution and follow-up.
- Create, edit, and translate various types of articles.
Requirements
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for public affairs, health topics, and policy.
- Previous experience in health policy, ideally through internships at associations, ministries, authorities, or agencies in this field.
- Studies preferably in the fields of politics/administration, medicine/pharmacy/biotechnology, economics, law, communication, or journalism.
- Sound knowledge of the political system at the state, federal, and EU levels, as well as relevant political processes, institutions, and actors in the health sector.
- Very good research skills.
- Confident oral and written communication skills in German and English.
