About the Role

This role serves as the head of the Intelligent Cockpit business in Japan, with full responsibility for sales, revenue, quality, and growth targets. You will act as a liaison between Japanese OEMs and global headquarters, translating customer needs into product strategy and development roadmaps. You will also lead the Japanese delivery organization, including HW/SW program managers and system engineers, to ensure successful mass production.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the head of the Intelligent Cockpit business in Japan, responsible for sales, revenue, quality, and growth targets.
• Act as a liaison between Japanese OEMs and global headquarters, reflecting customer requirements in product strategy and development roadmaps.
• Lead the Japanese delivery organization (HW/SW program managers, system engineers) to manage execution through mass production.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business operations with P&L responsibility.
• Over 10 years of experience managing multinational teams (total of over 15 years of leadership experience).
• Experience in product development projects within the automotive industry.
