About the Role
This role supports European Business Units by applying pricing analytics and methodologies to enhance pricing decisions. It partners with fuel teams and global functions to implement data-driven pricing practices that boost commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Apply pricing analytics and fundamentals to support pricing decisions across Business Units.
- Enable adoption of standardized pricing methodologies through documentation, training, and change management.
- Generate actionable pricing insights from internal and external data sources.
- Support data quality and analytical readiness for pricing models and tools.
- Provide ongoing analytical support to Business Units for day-to-day fuel pricing questions.
- Monitor and maintain the health, accuracy, and performance of fuel pricing tools and adjacent systems.
- Proactively identify pricing, system, or data issues through trend analysis and user feedback.
- Partner with Global Technology and Data Science teams to diagnose root causes and drive issue resolution.
- Translate recurring issues into sustainable system enhancements, process improvements, or training materials.
- Collaborate with Business Unit teams, Global Tech, Data Science, and external vendors for scalable execution.
- Deliver clear pricing insights via reports, dashboards, and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant experience may come from fuel or non-fuel environments, including pricing, revenue management, merchandising, category management, real estate analytics, site economics, retail or supply chain analytics, finance, FP&A, consulting, or commercial strategy roles.
- Demonstrated ability to apply pricing logic, pricing fundamentals, and data analysis to real-world commercial decisions.
