About the Role
As a culinary professional, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting exceptional dishes that delight guests. You will have the opportunity to hone your skills and creativity in a dynamic kitchen environment, contributing to memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Actively prepare and present food for all outlets according to recipes and specifications, including breakfast buffet, à la carte restaurant, banquets, club lounge, bars, lounge, and staff restaurant.
- Prepare mise en place.
- Independently prepare dishes at the live cooking station.
- Plate and serve dishes.
- Cater buffets during events and engage directly with guests.
- Order supplies in coordination with the purchasing department.
- Gain insights into Food & Beverage Service and actively participate.
- Work in early and late shifts within the respective departments.
- Lead own stations after training and under the guidance of instructors.
- Attend vocational school in a block system.
Requirements
- Completed school education.
- Very good German language skills and sound basic knowledge of English.
- Charming, authentic, and warm demeanor with a well-groomed appearance and good communication skills.
- Genuine hospitality, creativity, passion, and joy in work.
- Team player with an appreciation for teamwork.
- Ideally, previous experience in the hotel or gastronomy industry.
