About the Role
Join Sidetrade's Customer Experience team as a consultant, working directly with Finance, Credit, and Collections teams at large European companies. Your role is to guide clients from initial signature to confident daily use of our Order-to-Cash Intelligence platform.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with client stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training for both end users and platform administrators.
- Advise clients on solution configuration and usage, including options, risks, and impacts.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
- Build and maintain training materials, including e-learning content.
- Contribute to implementation methodology, templates, and reusable assets.
Requirements
- Three to five years as a software business consultant or trainer, ideally on a SaaS platform.
- Fluent English; a second European language is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training to experienced finance professionals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Fast learner, comfortable with new systems and processes.
- Willingness to travel as needed for projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
