About the Role
The dreieins Innovative Pädagogik gGmbH is seeking a Pedagogical Specialist for their Kita in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. The organization focuses on a creative and performance-oriented approach in childcare and primary schools, believing every child is gifted and should explore the world through all senses.
Responsibilities
- Holistic development of children in creative, cognitive, emotional, and motor areas.
- Preparation and execution of age-appropriate pedagogical activities and projects aligned with dreieins creativity pedagogy and the Berlin Education Program.
- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of parent-teacher conferences.
- Onboarding of children, monitoring development, maintaining language learning diaries, and creating development reports using the GABIP program.
- Participation in team meetings, annual dreieins training days, and supervision sessions.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a childcare professional (Erzieher*in) or a completed degree in pedagogy or social work, or a comparable socio-pedagogical qualification.
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting, with a willingness to take on new tasks.
- Strong, results-oriented communication skills and high empathy.
- Identification with the guiding principles of creativity pedagogy.
- Willingness for continuous professional development and further training.
