About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative (CSR) for a one-year, paid internship. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to enter the professional world and gain firsthand experience in the startup environment. As a CSR, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, assisting users, resolving issues, and ensuring they maximize the value of our product.
Responsibilities
- Interact with users daily, answering questions and handling support requests.
- Assist users in overcoming challenges with the platform.
- Analyze and resolve issues via support chat, phone, and email.
- Act as the first point of contact for user-reported bugs, investigating and communicating them to the Product team.
- Manage the customer Help Center, create guides, and set up user accounts.
- Contribute to shaping the user experience and ensuring excellent support throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
- First professional experience in a customer-facing service or support role.
- Native-level fluency in German and very good English skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive work approach.
- Completed school education (e.g., Abitur, Fachabitur, or equivalent).
- Residency in Berlin.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service under pressure.
- Quick learner of new technologies.
- Experience with Excel (advantageous).
- Basic SQL knowledge (advantageous).
