About the Role

We are looking for a Line Cook / Cook (m/f/d) with a focus on à la carte and international cuisine for our Atrium kitchen. You will bring fresh ideas to our kitchen team, combine a willingness to learn with a genuine passion for cooking, and make every meal a special experience. You are flexible to work both early and late shifts and contribute to a first-class guest experience with your commitment.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth kitchen operations with your team for guests to enjoy good food and delightful moments.
Manage quality, freshness, and taste, and pitch in when needed.
Take responsibility, work efficiently, and keep an eye on inventory and processes.
Value collegiality, maintain respectful interaction, live our values, and strengthen team cohesion.
Adhere to hygiene and cleanliness standards and ensure flawless processes.

Requirements

Kitchen experience is an advantage, but not strictly required.
German language skills.
A 'doer' with a genuine hands-on mentality.
Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy.
Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment.
Openness to digital tools and quick adaptation to new systems.
Clear and effective communication skills.
