About the Role
The Merchandising team ensures the right products are available in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities. This role involves building supplier relationships, managing stock intake, collating sales reports, performing general administration and analysis, and collaborating with other departments to ensure stock availability for promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with suppliers
- Acting as the go-to person for stock intake queries
- Collating sales reports
- Performing general administration and analysis
- Collaborating with wider departments such as marketing to ensure stock levels are available in line with promotional activity
Requirements
- Strong analytical skillset
- Love of spreadsheets
- Strong team ethos and ability to build excellent relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Awareness of high street, catwalk and competitor key trends
- Ability to manage own time
- Retail/store experience is beneficial
