About the Role

The Center for New Social Policy (ZSP) is seeking an intern for its communications department to support the team in developing policy concepts and reform proposals aimed at promoting equal opportunities, empowerment, and self-determination. The role involves contributing to the ZSP's mission of advancing social policy through scientific evidence.

Responsibilities

• Drafting texts for various communication channels.
• Assisting with the editorial management of the website.
• Conducting background research and monitoring political discourse.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of distribution lists.
• Participating in the planning, execution, and evaluation of events.

Requirements

• Must be a mandatory internship.
• Availability for a 3-month period.
• Enrollment in a relevant field of study is required.
• Previous experience in politics, think tanks, or NGOs is desirable.
• Political acumen and understanding of societal debate mechanisms.
• Proficiency in text formats from posts to press releases.
• High affinity for social media and enthusiasm for content creation.
• Analytical thinking and understanding of evidence-based approaches.
• Strong quality awareness and quick comprehension.
