About the Role

You will be responsible for the entire process, from proposal to delivery, for projects involving the modernization of legacy systems (cloud migration) and the construction of applications on the cloud for central government agencies.

Responsibilities

Client strategy development and proposals
Migrating core legacy systems operated on-premises to AWS, Azure, etc.
Adapting aging systems and processes to modern technologies to improve flexibility and efficiency
Redesigning business processes and rebuilding applications
Developing application systems for application reception
Building online application systems in coordination with local governments and external organizations
Conducting research and development for AI analysis infrastructure
Implementing AI to analyze medical information such as CT images
Incorporating advanced security measures to handle medical data appropriately
Providing cloud migration support from a technical perspective for various internal systems
Building digital archive systems for legislative bodies
Digitizing valuable books and classical texts that are difficult to lend
Building systems to view digitized content online using cloud-native architecture
Conducting surveys for cloud migration of information systems within organizations
Developing migration plans and measuring cost-effectiveness
Modernizing core donation management systems for international NGOs using the cloud
Supporting the entire workflow from cloud technology to business-savvy consulting
Driving customer issue resolution with unparalleled speed through one-stop support
Continuously acquiring and verifying cutting-edge technologies
Applying best practices to empower all employees with advanced skills
Strongly supporting the success of cloud-related projects

Requirements

Project leader or higher experience in system development for public institutions (central government agencies, local governments, independent administrative agencies, etc.)
Basic knowledge of government procurement
Logical thinking and communication skills
Native level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or higher)
