About the Role
Start your 3-year dual study program in Business Administration / Banking (B.A.) at Deloitte in cooperation with the DHBW Stuttgart, DHBW Villingen-Schwenningen, or HWR Berlin. Gain practical experience in Audit & Assurance – Financial Services and Advisory, applying academic knowledge directly in real-world scenarios like financial statement audits and client projects.
Responsibilities
- Support in annual and consolidated financial statement audits and digital analysis of financial reports using audit software.
- Participate in audit-related consulting (e.g., compliance, corporate governance) and optimize accounting processes.
- Direct exchange with clients for problem analysis and solution development.
- Assist financial institutions in implementing and developing risk management, including restructuring and liquidation.
- Advise financial institutions on building and improving risk management, including measuring and controlling various risk types (e.g., credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks).
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions by combining regulatory, accounting, statistical, and IT expertise to develop customized solutions.
Requirements
- University entrance qualification (Abitur or equivalent) with very good grades in core subjects.
- Fluent German language skills (C1-C2).
- Previous practical experience in a commercial field, e.g., through an internship or vocational training.
- Interest in economic contexts and enjoyment of working with numbers.
- Communication and teamwork skills, and a desire for challenges.
