Responsibilities
- Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating the ability to deliver results.
- Analyze data to identify operational challenges and areas for improvement.
- Propose and test solutions in collaboration with the team to implement the most effective approaches.
- Develop communication and teamwork skills by collaborating with leaders, stakeholders, and associates.
- Navigate the building to interact with various teams, actively gathering knowledge through participation in pre-shift meetings, debriefs, and discussions with leadership and associates.
- Demonstrate flexibility with different work hours and shift patterns as needed.
- Potential relocation to the assigned work location.
Requirements
- Currently in the penultimate or final year and on track for a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and the national language of the country you are applying to (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with others.
- Proven curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to embrace challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Must have work authorization for the country of employment at the start date.
