About the Role
Support Deceased Estates business processes and assess the impact of UNITE transformation initiatives on business operations.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Work closely with Agile delivery teams and business stakeholders.
- Perform impact assessments and process analysis.
- Support process design and SOP updates.
- Coordinate UAT and BPIV activities.
- Support business readiness, training, and communication.
- Assist with change management activities.
- Conduct workshops and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders.
