Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and delivery of complex projects and programs.
- Manage and deliver a diverse portfolio of initiatives including business transformation, technology, operational improvement, and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure end-to-end project delivery, achieving scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality objectives.
- Proactively manage dependencies, resolve issues, and remove obstacles for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to other delivery resources.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee governance, reporting, commercial, and compliance requirements.
- Manage vendor performance and contribute to the implementation of best-practice project delivery methodologies.
Requirements
- Highly capable and delivery-focused project or program manager with extensive experience leading and delivering complex projects in large, dynamic environments.
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end project delivery from initiation to benefits realization.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience delivering projects across business transformation, technology, software development, operational improvement, and infrastructure.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and providing coaching/mentoring to project managers, business analysts, and delivery staff.
- Experience managing external vendors, contracts, and commercial relationships.
- Experience establishing and maintaining project governance, reporting, financial management, and risk controls.
- Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into delivery, build capability in others, and achieve successful project outcomes.
